About Bright Side

A few years ago, I was struggling. An eating disorder. Depression. Anxiety. All at once. Most days, my mind worked against me.

Not much helped. But one small thing did: word searches.

Scanning a grid, letter by letter, hunting for one word. It quieted my head like almost nothing else could. It didn't fix anything. It just gave me a few minutes where my attention had somewhere safe to go, instead of spiraling.

Bright Side grew out of that. Every puzzle is built around something gentle: kindness, nature, cozy mornings, small wins. Each one comes with a short note on why puzzles like this can actually help your mind settle. It's free. It always will be. Built for anyone who needs five quiet minutes today.
